Safety Certificates Roadworthy Inspections

Bips Auto Service Centre in Kirwan is a licensed Approved Inspection Station and can issue Safety Certificates (formerly roadworthy certificates) for vehicles that pass the roadworthy assessment test.

You will need a Safety Certificate when a vehicle changes ownership, an interstate vehicle is being registered in Queensland or an unregistered vehicle is being register for road use.

A Roadworthy Inspection includes checking:

  • Tyres
  • Brakes
  • Suspension
  • Steering
  • Body damage or rust
  • Lights
  • Windscreen

A safety inspection is not a comprehensive full vehicle inspection. Talk to us today about the different types of inspections available at Bips Auto Service Centre and which one will best suit your needs.
